This site is static and does not keep its own visitor database. Personal data only reaches me if you write through the contact form or book a call through the scheduling widget on the home page.
Data controller
The controller for data collected through this site is Starshine Software SRL, CUI 49843783, registered in Brașov, Romania. The site presents my work as an engineer; B2B collaborations run through the company.
What the contact form collects
The form in the contact section collects your name, email address, the topic (employment, B2B collaboration, freelance project, or something else), and the message you write. I do not collect any other personal data through this site.
Who processes the data
Two third parties are involved in the flow above. Beyond them, the site uses no analytics and no other tracking tools.
- Formspree — receives and delivers the messages sent through the contact form — it is the processor that actually hosts the form submissions. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
- Calendly — if you choose to book a call, the Calendly embed in the booking section loads a widget that may set third-party cookies and collects the details you enter when booking. The widget only loads once you reach that section, not on page load. See their policy at calendly.com.
Purpose
Data from the form is used solely to reply to your message and, if a collaboration results from it, for the communication tied to it.
How long I keep the data
I keep messages for as long as it takes to reply and, if a collaboration follows, for its duration — after that, I delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port your data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
